the fc is my first "car", i have always owned trucks... growning up in the south down here in georgia had a big influence on me and my trucks... i had a 1987 toyota pickup with about 15 inches of lift and built small block chevy under the hood... love it. sold it. then got a 1984 toyota pickup lifted and all that. sold it. decided to go a different direction with the purchase of the rx7. i love the rx7 and ive only had it for about 2 months and have already dumped about $3,500 into it. its a pretty bad *** looking car and i have big plans for it... but today at the parts store a guy pulled up in a really nice, built '86 toyota 4x4 and after talking to him offered to trade... now i dont know what to do... i miss my trucks... but i love the fc... and he wont take cash for the truck... only a trade... man o man. we'll see what happens

maybe i can help, here is my story, i had a 1980 RX7 i love that car and only that car 79-80, but for some reason i was badluck with that car could never make money no matter what i scrapped the car and never made the money to put into it, ok so i decide to trow it to the dump, i went and finance a 95 Toyota pickup what a nice Truck #1 sooo hard to find one without rust, minz is in mint condition, and i rust proofed it, anywho im gonna drop close to $10,000 canadian into that truck ....how you ask, i own my own busness and gonna write it off truck cost me $12000 all toghter. now while i make money im a ROTOR head no matter what i love the wankie. im gonna buy another 1st gen this time a 85gsl-se and a 2nd gen im gonna spend $1000 for both cars, they are gonna be in **** condition but i dont care i got a body shop to use and can do the work my self, and rite as i type a friend is getting me a couple of forein used rotarys, 2 T2 engines and 1 REW,.............so now its fall time i got until next year to have either cars on the road with a nice engine.................so conclusion keep the truck if u like running over things like i do, and the 7 for when you just wanna make your self cream, hopefully my tip can help you, money is hard these days so gotta play it smart
