If you know the right people you can get an sr20det for very cheap.. I've had several opportunities to get them for $500 + shipping. but no way will he be able to do the swap for 2k. just to get the thing running right you need a stand alone or a totally remaped ecu

when will people learn, there no such thing as a cheap fast car...

Course when the fastest car they've been in is a Maxima does it really matter? Speed is relative and you'll think anything is fast without any basis for comparison.

i know alot of people that run on the stock sr20det ecu.

average for full swap is $6k-$7k.......



my roomate has done atleast 10 of them and my 240 is getting something lol

the swap isn't complicated if you have experiance in swapping engines, but if you don't know ****; your pretty much f'ed. But ya gotta learn somehow
