I would demand that the dealership send the car to me.

Wait nevermind I have friends that work at a ford dealership and i have seen how they drive the cars. No ******* way I would let them drive my car that distance.

I wouldn't have left until I got my car. I can be a real dick and I would make sure they did something to get my car like call the guy to bring the keys. If they guy with the keys works ther then he has less of a drive than I would to drive 1hr 1/2 to go home and then come back the next day.

yeah seriously, call the guy who screwed up and have him come to work and fix it.

if he refuses, then fire him and call another guy that would have the key, and give him #1's job.
