There's a TCP/IP tweaker that I used for my DSL a little while ago that brought speeds up from 450K to around 512K. Not a huge amount but it definatly ran smoother. I dunno what it's called or I'd tell ya but maybe look around for it. It's not a big download either. Under 1MB? But it's called TCP/IP Tweaker. Hope that can help you some.

i wanna know what he has uploading that internet? I have a T1 dedicated and that is only 150k up. (approx)
