I'm just hoping we don't get involved right off the bat. Especially after the problems in Iraq... sigh... I'm just starting to get worried. A little paranoid I suppose.

No. We shouldn't invade them. The Beach Boys offered the correct strategy some 40 years ago with the song Bomb, bomb, bomb, ... bomb, bomb, Iran.

 

Yeah, Im defiantely in favor of letting our fly-boys and SEMEN bomb/cruise missile them into oblivion.

 

it didn't work in 'nam. the problem is that we are fighting people who already live in third world hell holes, and there is no infrastructure to bomb to hell. we need to fight a civilized country that has a real govt, a system to destroy, and something to lose.

to have lasting affect, you should be able to tell the difference in topography pre and post bombing... (barbara ann ba ba)

It didnt work because bombing trees has never been an effective strategy in winning wars. Iran has a military, and they have tanks etc. Desert Storm and the most recent conflict proved our airforce can level armies, especially in the desert, without boots hitting the ground.

 

Uhh, newsflash dude. Iran is a very rich country. Nobody lives in third world hell holes. They all live off the government oil money. It's one of the biggest welfare states in the world, everything's paid for.



And if the US is smart, we will let the rest of the world foot THIS bill.
