She had this done yesterday afternoon, took about 2 hours, 45 mins. I really like it, she was happy with it, and I guess the tattooist really liked it. He put this pic on his shop's myspace page, and told her he wanted a pick after it healed. Good stuff!

The bird is a ruby-throated hummingbird, the flower is an azalea (both found in this area).

I want to get another one, but I will go to only one guy to get it done, and he is in Maryland. Hopefully get my right arm done finally after doing it for 4 years now! Right arm is covered about 90% now.

I like oak trees! If I have to say it represents anything, I say family, but really I just liked it. Trees have been around long before me, and will be around after I'm dead, it's not a stupid fad or a fashion statement or band name or something retarded like that. The original pic:

And yeah, only one of my tattoo's is not original, but I don't really care, it looks amazing what he did!

 

Yep, only tattoo I have is that one. If any of my relatives die, I'll put their name on there. So hopefully I won't need to do that any time soon.
