Stop cheating! The fastest way to make a boatload of cash is to keep doing the vigilante missions in the hunter heli, long past level 12. I went to level 354, killed some 3500+ criminals an made about 4 million dollars. The next quickest way is the import/export missions in San Fierro, imo.
