do about the rolling smog checks?
And im the one of the mods who try to keep this board and the discussions
clean, I know it may not seem like a big deal to you asking if anyone
knows how you can cheat your smog inspection, but it is.
Good luck anyhow, who would help a newbie cheat a state run smog check?
Why dont you post in the Parts Wanted section asking for a air pump and stock mufflers, they would probably cost you less then $100 and at least your car will be legal, EVEN if you did find some idiot to pass your car, he would probably charge you more then if you just made the car legal.

yeah you need to find a way to make the car legal, ca is going to dyno testing, since those are very expensive there arent going to be a lot of them. find a good used airpump and get a new cat and you dont have to worry about it

The point is do you really expect someone to post in a public forum the name and address of a business that will break the law for you? How much do you suppose the fine is for that business? They will be so happy that someone pointed you their way

the real point is that for a stock car he should just get the thing street legal
there are plenty of people in different parts of the country who remove the stuff he needs and he can buy it cheap and not have to worry about it ever again.
