I should have just known that if you go to any new car message board all you will see is people bitching about things.

"oh my glove box lid squeeks when I open it, dealer cant fix it"......... then 3 other douchebags will go out and TRY to make thier glove box squeek "oh **** mine does too, so-and-so should recall this"

When we had the Lexus that is when I stopped going to current vehicle message boards, all they do is BITCH about nothing.

People read something and they try to get thier car to duplicate it or they imagine things wrong with the car.

Its funny to see the different boards and how the complaints shift. Being used to driving older cars I dont mind as much with new ones, but some people are just ridiculous about the most minor of things.

i hit the brakes in the vette and the seat shifts forward 1/2 an inch cause they use plastic bushings that wear out after 10K miles. Then you hit the gas... and you shift back 1/2 an inch

I put a sub in my car this week, and a CAI, I can say that everything under the hood seems great, but man when you get to the interior it all snaps together, no tools needed, how long is this **** supposed to last before its all creaking and groaning?

If it's like the Mustang about 25k and pretty much everything in the dash start rattling. The annoying part is there's not much you can do half of the creaks and rattles were in the dash. I imagine they start much sooner if you ever need to take the dash apart.
