im gonna have to sell out and say the F090 formula car. By far the best balanced car in the game, rotates beutifully, and you can make minute adjustments and it responds to them. I get in a rythem when i drive that car, so much so, that I know when to compensate for tire wear by braking earlier and sqeezing the gas.

Ive been playing the game for a while, without the traction control and whatever the other thing is on, and have been trying to get the zonda to a controllable level... Its great with no power upgrades, but once I started adding more that about 50 hp or so, it gets uncontrollable and I cant keep the rear planted... and the Zonda Race is just about the only one I havent beaten in that game. Are there any suspension or LSD tricks to get it to put the power down, or is my right foot (or right thumb in this case) just too heavy?
Ive got an RX-8 that just grips the hell out of anything, and an orange and black F-090, I agree, the best of the F-1 cars. But I like playing with the normal cars and tuning them more, its just more fun. the Opel Calibra GTC race car is pretty nice, its got AWD, an engine that revs to 14000 RPM, and plenty of power.

i usually use my f090 or either my 49,000+hp FD LM race car(gameshark woo) for test track races and dorking out, my fully tuned fc (seriously with at least 10 hours worth of tuning to the suspension and drivetrain) my 21,000 hp FC for drift or my 17,000 hp ae86.... other than that i have every car in the game (won most of them before the cheats) and i have 20 cars above the 10k hp range (i have their fully tuned counterparts as well with no cheats) i love the zonda, and also just a nice supra you can get a little over 1000 hp if you do all the upgrades and then an oil change and can hit well over 200mph but handles really well still.... god i cant wait for gt4 and forza

I'm too poor right now to buy a really nice car to compete in the pro races, and the pro vitz races is kicking my but. I've bot the larger-engine vitz, every mod possible, and I still can't stay in the lead for one lap. So I haven't played in awhile.
I don't really have a favorite car (yet). I do say though that the Vertigo wasn't all that great, and I've never driven an F1 car. People tell me that there's an F1 car in GT2, but I've beaten all but 2 endurance races in GT2 without seeing an F1 car.
