I think they're trying to give a chance for a tax break to people in a lower tax bracket, as opposed to just upper income.

I have this tendency to dish out sarcasm at an alarming rate, but I take everyone seriously.





but yeah, that would be an awesome sign. I would probably picket next to someone holding that sign, and possible carry a paintball gun with me
