at 2500 its a steal.

 

2500 probably isn't too much if it runs, but it does look fishy to me. Definitely not much like a stock t2. Looks like a hodgepodge of pieced-together stuff.



And what kind of a guy has a car like this and can't figure out how to program the engine management? More like something is majorly not right with the car and he just wants to cut his losses. If you're not afraid of a project car, then go for it, but I would expect a few surprises.
