I had a mucous seal on my lip for a year. It's like a canker sore, but there forever. So they cut it off, 3 stitches.



doc, to nurse: "see that, that's his mucous glands."

nurse: "uh huh..."

me thinking: well crap, just sew it up already.

Got it done finally!!



It really wasn't that bad, worst part was him showing my the needle that he was about to stick into my face. First ***** stung a bit but the next two shots I didn't even feel. After I got all numbed he put a clamp on my lid and went to town, slice-scoop. Bing!... all done. Whole procedure took ~3 min. I'd rather have that done again then have a tooth cavity filled.

That's good! When I had a cyst in my ear the doc put a towel thingy on my shoulder and said, "hold still, this will sting a little." Then she sliced the back of my ear open with a scalpel. If she didn't have such a nice rack I might've been pissed.
