This word you use, "pay" I am not familiar with it, you know, you can get free dishnet as well, it will cost you about $30 in computer parts, and some skull sweat, and you can configure a card programmer to get all teh channels you want, just spend $50 for the dish and reciever, $30 for the card programmer, and viola, free tv, and lots of it as well, do a search on google for HU emulation.
