2nd night with no cable, why you might ask? Because the account is $12.76 past due. Those **********ers sent some ******* to my house yesturday during the day, and he didnt merely dis-connect the line,he climbed the pole and he put a FILTER on ONLY the TV signal, I still have modem and telephone service though. I called, ranted and raved, paid them thier ******* money, insulted them a bit, saying how "no wonder your stock isnt worth anything, and "no wonder people are switching to the DISH", and "its things like this why you had to close so many WIZ stores". They said someone would be here Friday to re-connect. I asked how long ago the guy was scheduled to come and snip my tv, and they said 5 days prior he got the work order which the computer automatically spits out regardless of the amount owed. SOOOOO, instead this wonder computer of thier CALLING people and leaving a recording, they just go ahead and do **** like this.. if I wasnt stealing cable from them I swear I would go to the DISH!

If I had seen that bastid up on the pole, I would have either payed him off, or shot him with a arrow.

lol...

seriously, this kid i know in the neighborhood here..a few years ago when he was around 15, they cut the cable off..so he goes on the internet and finds some schematics that a disgruntled Time Warner/Cablevision employee made, which shows you how to remove the Filters they place on the pole when they cut it off...

so you know what this kid did? he climbed up the freakin pole, with GLOVES cause he heard the electricity above..and removed the filter..

and he got all the channels while he was at it too..till his dad found out and got pissed..then made him climb back up there and put it all back.

there are plenty of sites that tell you how to do that stuff...maybe you dont need to pay cablevision for cable..*wink*wink*

I know, I know, I knew this guy who had this friend who worked for Cablevision, $50 and he did it all for you. Then the guy quit his job, and I havent seen him since.

Perhaps you shouldn't post so much sensitive information about your doings on the internet. You never know who is going to see what you post. Just a thought, anyway.
