lol, when did the word jacked refer to, lifting weights, working out, training, etc.?

When I read the title, I thought ****, who tries to get thier stuff stolen? I never TRY to get jacked, lol

Thats what I thought too, but I've heard it used in refrence to getting built or muscled up.
