Ok, so who's used a 7-keto or DHEA based diet pill, and did it work?

I'm gonna try to snag some Lean System 7 tonight.. Contains several extracts, including 7-Keto. We'll see how it goes. It's only ~$25 for 90 pills, which is 23 days worth.

Want to lose weight, WORK IT OFF.

Damn lazy americans! You got pills to keep you from getting pregnant, pills to make your ***** better, pills to bulk up, pills to lose weight...they all lead to cancer and diarhea!

Ahem...well..honestly..from what I've read and heard from those that have experimented...there's nothing like Exercising and Eating right. Most of these quick, easy, answers have worse-off side effects, health wise.

Such is life, too :P

Meh, you're a tard.

I've been exercising 3-6 times per week, 30-70 mins each, sometimes more.. I've plateaued around 206 lbs, I want to break my plateau, that's all. My eating habits are almost on target, my exercise routine is robust and sufficient.. I'm looking for a little help without uncomfortably starving myself, which will ultimately lead to binge eating.

The things I'm looking for are natural metabolic enhancers (even just a tiny bit) and endurance-rated supplements (so I can run/bike farther and harder for longer). Basically, I'm looking for the best alternative to old ephedra based products.

LOL, I know this will be totally hypocritical to what I just said, but, sometimes our bodies have certain conditions (people have different rates of metabolism, for example) that even the simple task of dieting and exercise can't outdo, to a certain point, without going overboard.

You're retarDEAD.
