when I was on a swim team I had to do at least 300 per day. sometimes more if a meet was coming up. I had a buff 6 pack when I was in the 5th grade. I've pretty much kept it since then till last year when I found out just how much I love drinking and skipping exercise. Not anymore. still gonna drink, but gotta keep up the exercise.
