hi everyone

i know i dont post often but still come to read the posts,



im having a problem with my gas gauge on my 84 rx7 it's working but it's faulty and not accurate the needle moves but it dont measure the gas right and ive already ran out of gas once on the highway ive looked at the wiring and it seems ok so i was wondering if it's the device inside the gas tank the measures the gas that is faulty any ideas or opinions on what it could be would be appreciated. thanks

i flagged a thread that talked about this cause i have the same problem. I dont seem to remember where it is. from what i recall, t had something to do with cleaning the contacts over by the tank. I believe j9fd3s(mike), commented on this. Im pretty sure there were others, his name was just the only one i remembered.
