I just got nailed $1,121 for the re-roofing of my car port. It was only half the total carport space. Well one half is owner responsibility and the other half is assocation. why it was origionally only one covered space. well they only had to replace one board on my side and the rest was shared between my neighbor and I. I've got to see the total bill for my unit. They just sent me a total bill no itemized list nothing. ****. AND THOSE ******* DIDN'T EVEN FINISH THE JOB!!!!!!!!!! AND MY GATE DIDN'T CLOSE AFTERWORD!!!!!

i friggen hate my association....they are just the nosiest stupiest people on the planet! its like i cant even fart without them knowing about it. luckily the havent said anything about the rx7...

its a bunch of people that are like the goverment for your neighborhood. the collect dues for lawn maintenance...road maintenance...and what ever else they can charge you for.
