I just got nailed $1,121 for the re-roofing of my car port. It was only half the total carport space. Well one half is owner responsibility and the other half is assocation. why it was origionally only one covered space. well they only had to replace one board on my side and the rest was shared between my neighbor and I. I've got to see the total bill for my unit. They just sent me a total bill no itemized list nothing. ****. AND THOSE FUCKERS DIDN'T EVEN FINISH THE JOB!!!!!!!!!! AND MY GATE DIDN'T CLOSE AFTERWORD!!!!!
