This car has been driven for the last 8 years by a little old lady (see picture)back and forth to the grocery store and to church.No foolin'. Approx. 126,000 on car (12,000 on remanufactured engine).However, if you are trying to impress your friends, this is NOT the car for you....
While this car does run; it should probably be looked at in light of the fact that it had a 3.8 V6 Jasper remanufactured engine installed 7 years ago (less than 12,000 miles ago). Last year, it was fitted with a new 2bbl carb,fuel filter, spark plugs, air filter, rotor and distributor cap, wires, pcv valve, motor mounts and starter ( these last 2 in 2003). All brakes, rotors and drums in 2002 (about 6000 miles ago).All documentation and receipts(including Jasper paperwork) provided.
The interior is fair-rips in front seat, otherwise OK. Wonderful avant-garde drooping headliner (we will supply pins to hold it up, if desired). Paint is very tired.Horn does not work, neither does the A/C.
Body has damage on left front and a few other places.Some rust. Don't let the picture fool you; Irene is strategically positioned to prevent you from seeing that left front fender damage. It seems that over the last 8 years, several jitbags decided to perform covert vehicular surgery on this car.All at night; nobody EVER left a note. Finally, we just gave up. Tires have plenty of tread.
Great car to extract the engine from. Call (301) 983-1751 to arrange a look see and test (laugh) drive.
