it doesn't take a career in drag racing to understand that you should lift off the gas when your pointing at a wall. Maybe you could enlighten me?

Wait, so which is it? "Don't" != "should"

ok that was a typo it should have said "shouldn't". I'll fix it

First of all you know nothing about any of my driving experience, and yes I've driven some very fast cars in straight line and autocross. And when your driving a 450 hp light car in a tight and twisty track, you become familiar with oversteer and what to do, but more importantly what NOT to do. I'm sure with an 9 second car it's a little trickier, but you also have more traction as well. I don't see how that car could've ever made 9 seconds considering it had little to no traction through 3rd gear.

And secondly thank you for the reality check, I understand that it sucks that this guy fucked up his car, but you open yourself to all kinds of slander and bashing when you post a video like that. Ask brando from team about his experience with the tree video.

3rdly "note to self" isn't even a slanderous phrase. It's me saying "man, that guy got his car all out of whack, LIFTED then it flipped" "if I'm in that situation, I shouldn't do what he did" not that I'd be mr John Force to the rescue and could have pulled it out myself, I don't think anyone else took it like you did.

But thanks for blowing everything out of perportion, twisting my words around to make me look like an *******. It's very appreciated.

If you saw his garage at home in Kentucky you woul'nt even give that title a second glance: GT500 *cough* elenor *cough* and a beautiful 1970 Mach I and a sick FF Cobra and a 1980's Mustang Shelby GT350 one of VERY few on the road before Carol made Ford pull the logo off, and a 60's Falcon......

This guy is not a Mustang hater. I know him and got the humor but I can see how it would be misunderstood.

What happened to that guy could happen to anyone. Slicks are rediculas to drive at speed on. Rxstasy on team went with some slicks and they scared the hell out of him. I ran some drag radials on my FC one and felt like I had no high speed control. I did not like the way the car felt under my ***, my brain kept screaming "somethings wrong!!" Its really had to trust drag slicks I dont know how those guys do it.

I all honesty some of the most dangerous situations I have been in was at the 1/4 mile strip. There have been times where the track surface had less traction than I-95 in a torential downpour. I am not a fan of 1/4 mile racing at all.

I remember seeing pics Mazdadrifter posted of his driveway. Some pretty sweet cars there.

Bought with stolen Credit Cards, but Moneys can buy a head of the neck, so he's not worried.

At this point (read thread in mod section) I don't give a **** about some petty argument. I'm sorry I reacted the way I did.
