yes mine is warranty and yes i have worked at a dealer as a flat rate mechanic and i know the guy who already got paid the hours doesnt work there, but if i were asked to fix something like that i'd tell my sm to give me some hours, either that or i start wheeling my toolbox out the door

mazda will pay to diagnose it, and then fix it. 1.8hrs to diagnose it .6 to change the cannister.....

I used to get .75 for the 4wd harness recall on the blazers, no matter how many times i did it, i could not get the car in the shop, harness changed and back to the lot in under an hour There were days I had 5 of the *******.

yah, i guess gm is like that. mazda's pretty good though, usually if you've done a couple you can match the warranty times

per mazda's warranty EVERY mazda dealer no matter where you bought your car, no matter where you take is REQUIRED to provide you with a free loaner car, if not call the 800 number and they will get you one.

No kidding? I guess I've been driving old junk for so long, I couldn't imagine that such luxuries had become commonplace.

the window tinter actually melted 2 moldings doing the windows

he does the dealer's work so they changed the moldings for me

they also were out of stock for the chrome rim center caps with the lexus logo on them, so they gave me the car with plain caps on them.

thats my 2 trips to the dealer, and it was a pleasure.

Compared to the horror stories at my Mazda dealer- thats what I get for being easy going, if I ever have to go back there Im just going to be a pain in the *** like some of my customers are. God forbid they should actually give out a loaner car, they did that for me once while they repainted the spoiler.
