How can you put that incident down to racism? You have no way of knowing whether he treats everyone like that or not. And that's assuming he was out of line doing what he did. She started to ring someone, he asked her to put the phone down then asked her out of the car, then asked her again then repeatedly warned her that the consequence was a tasing - all the while she was being completely defiant.

I also listened to the other vids and the one with commentary. Turns out the women was driving with a suspended license and that's why she was being arrested. Still, I don't think the tazer was warranted. I thought those were supposed to be a nonlethal alternative when an officer's life felt threatened, not as a convenient, painful way to enforce their will. Big surprise, an officer abusing his position/equipment. Same with hitting the lights to blow through red lights and speeding.

The Tazer is the first weapons in a officers arsonal to subdue no compliant criminals. Ie driving on suspended lincencse the refusig to exit the vechicle to be arrested. If you watch all the videos so was confrontatioal and accusing him of being a racist from the start. I cop will never go one on one with you he is authorized at any time to go one step higher than you starting with the tazer. I was more amazed she had anything left after getting hit with it not once but twice.

I bought a old gf one of those personal defense 50,000 volt tazers and after some curosity and a lot more beer mixed ith bordom I decided to teast that thing out. I woke about fifteen min later on my floor drooling on my self. Of course your own inner thigh is not a good place to test things like that out.

I had a post a long time back about a guy who tested it out on himself. It was hilarious.

When anyone plays the race card, it sucks. I'm not talking about just black people either. If some redneck white guy in my school accuses a teacher of being racist because he's black, I think it's pretty stupid. We DID however, have a teacher this past year who was racist and would do things that eventually warranted his being fired.
