never heard of the paul childs thing, and he didn't post that other reply till way, way later. Wording was just a tad bit shady without that explination.

Just do what I do like venom said have a lawyer get the video and along with that ask for the officers file he has from his training to the formal complaints he has for his entire career. Then ask for all the records on his maintence of his patrol car. Then start nit picking evrery thing wrong with both. Most times cops are to busy to keep up on all there certs.

Another great way to get out of it is find the out the officers days off and his court date then schedule a day he has off and show up a oourt which he probally wont go to for one shitty little violation on his day off and ask for the officer to give a sworn statment of the facts. If he is not there it is hearsay and a crappy lawyer will get it thrown out.

actually i read his original post back when there was all of THREE replys this morning before I went to class. I didn't read the other parts of the post yet when I had replied. If i had of I wouldn't of even said anything to begin with as someone else had already asked "wtf?" before I did.

I understand where veritas is coming from. When i first read it i was like wtf, but then i figured it was reffering to a local event that must of happen.

It just sucks getting pulled over for no good reason just cause you look like your going fast or u look like ure not suppose to be driving that car. Cops should stop you for hitting a person, running a light, speeding on local roads etc, not just cuase they got doubts and ****. Thats all personal **** they got to deal with that aint facts based on events and laws broken.

Like i said **** COPZ that are ******. Those are the ones that got herbed in school and now want to pay back everyone whose better than them.
