damn your one step too late...**** I have no advice that would help now..sorry. how bad would it be if you backed out now and went back to your old plan of renting for a while?

I'm backed out whether I want to or not, my money is gone, the inspection has been done, appraisal ordered, I'm hoping to hell the title hasn't been ordered at least I'll only be out the $3,000.

I've been under an incredible amount of stress and the decision process on basically everything has been left up to me, sooooo, that's where I'm at trying to figure out one thing at a time when they all needed to be handled a month ago.

I might be able to make vegas happen, I just cancelled my tickets to NJ and bought new ones with miles, so I now have a $400 credit with alaska airlines that will be totally useless when I move to FL, sounds like a good excuse to me LOL

I just made a call to my friend/client. He is gonna take over your file and get you financing before the 2 weeks are up. I am hooking him up with some rush jobs as we speak so he owes me BIG TIME.
