Dear *EDITED*,

I would just like to let you know that I am gravely disappointed in the otcome of me sending my housings to "******EDITED*******" to be ceramic coating. When they were sent I had high expectations for the outcome of my housings and the final product.

Unfortunately as we both know I never got to see the final result of my $660+, in fact I never saw my housings again due to a shipping problem. Of course when I shipped them to you they were there in a few days, perhaps they were packaged poorly, perhaps its fedex's fault but upon searching the internet it seems your company has consistant shipping problems and people not receiving their final product. I personally find this outrageous, especially considering not ONCE did you even suggest you would refund me my $660+ i spent to have my ceramic housings coated. In fact not once did your company take ANY of the shipping blame. You did not even offer a future discount or any type of refund or monetary assitance whatsoever.

Instead I was put into a loop of emails and phone calls that has lasted almost a year. Yes you did finally get me the paperwork needed, however due to ANOTHER SHIPPING PROBLEM there was NO DECLARED VALUE for my package that was easily worth over $2,000. Due to YOUR SHIPPING ERROR I received a reimbursment check from FedEX today for $122.52. That does not even BEGIN to cover the amount of money I lost in this deal, hell it doesnt even cover how much I paid you guys to basically LOSE MY MOTOR.

This is ridiculous, this entire situation is ridiculous. Your company apparently has taken my $660+ gleefully, lost my motor, and said "oh well, someone else ships for us so that its cheaper" well guess what, you just cost me over $1900, and nevermind the fact that I now have to buy a new motor and my car has been sitting an entire extra year all because you needed to save a few bucks on shipping. That is just not a good platform to stand on. Yea you saved some dollars shipping through someone else, but you cost your customer $2000. Not only did you cost me $2000 BUT your company NOT ONCE offered any kind of reimbursement, and THEN I get this check from fedex telling me the value of my package was NOT DECLARED. A $2000 package WITH NO DECLARED VALUE???!?!?!?!

I demand something be done in terms of a reimbursement due to gross negligence on your part. I really do not want to take this farther, and yes I am overly angry at this very moment. At the least I feel i should be reimbursed ALL the money I paid to your company for the shipping both ways and for the ceramic coating, I personally feel I should be reimbursed for all of my losses and I feel that would be a good idea as far as customer service goes but at this point I figure I should set my sights low after this experience.

I have never had this issue even with random people on EBay, yet with a reputable company I lose $2,000? HOW IS THIS EXCUSABLE?

I feel as though my problem has been brushed to the side as if I don't matter, as I'm just another lowly customer who fills your pockets while you empty mine.

I await your response on this matter, and again I stress I am overly angry to a point which you can not even begin to realize.

Kevin Kowal.

hmmm, so who here would try to save a few bucks by "shipping through a friend" who constantly loses motors in the mail?

yes a company who "uses a friend to ship since they have a cheaper rate with fedex"....sounds like a legit operation to me huh?

Sucks you got hosed. Seems like you ought to be able to prove approximate value and take them to court? It would probably be a huge waste of time, though.

Yeah, you are going against a multi-million dollar company, but if he saved all the replies from fedex, he could possibly win the case. If you get a million, hook me up with 5 bucks kev.

They are from Canada are they? Alberta? Any who, if you ever do get someting which i highly doubt in the way of motor parts, you can have it shipped to me, and I can ship it to you the next day.
