oh man i had an ex girlfriend with one it was a hunk poop, we're not overwelmingly impressed with amy's mustang it's got a few things that suck, center console is all weird the a/c vents are losing their plastic chrome, it has rattles and creaks all over, but all in all it was a decent bang for the buck. i have never had a problem with any of the ford trucks we have owned in the past.

 

The Focus, I can say, has greatly greatly improved. My '06 is nicer than my '01s were, and the '08s+ are even nicer. Everyone who test drives a Fusion loves it, too.

 

The focus gets good reviews on pretty much every review I read, it seems to be a pretty reliable ride as well.

 

sad thing is probably asian vendors that make the stuff thats falling apart on your Mustang

 

The worst thing about the probe was the automatic trannies. They sucked. If you had a 5-speed, they were pretty cool.

I still gotta go back to one tidbit though, the honda's and toyota's have a WAY better resale value, regardless of the comparison in quality, that's a hard logic to argue when presented with it.

 

thats the best reason for me.. american cars lose value like a ****.. USED imports are waaaaaay better than used american cars.. and it shows..







If mazda becomes independent again i will make a repu out of their first Pickup under their new found independence

 

lets not try to compare mazda resale though, because that is total ****

The escort that sold here was ******* GARBAGE...because FORD made the body...or maybe Kia?



The motor was "okay" so it was perfect for this market...lol. European Escorts were THE ****, german made bodies and amazing cars IMO. The Focus is a great car, good motors and sturdy shell since the shell was actually made for a world market so it couldnt afford for it to suck! Too bad our fuel isnt good enough for the RS model since it only takes 97 octane +.



The escort that sold here was basically something that would've sold with Lada's in europe and would've faced the same fate in the eyes of Europeans...death by boredom but perfect since people here love **** like that its why cars like ...the town car... seem like a good idea. European fords have to live up to a hot-hatch name they've had since the early eighties starting with the the first RS badged Escort that was aimed at the same market that the Golf GTI was in and have to live in a world where little cars with 200+ hp and Rally styling and performance are commonplace.



That **** wouldnt fly here cause everyone loves their gas-guzzling camaros ...even during the first fuel crisis...and loved the fact that any moron with a wrench could overhaul their car...
