SSRIs need to be taken for 20 days before they effectively alter the brain chemistry. (Don't ask me how I know this, I have no idea...) Any effects that guy felt (other than maybe a nosebleed or two) would have been placebo.
LSD mimics the structure of serotonin, but Prozac is only a serotonin reuptake inhibitor. Therefore, you would not feel any hallucinogenic / relaxing effects from snorting it; your own serotonin would transfer more effectively for 2 or so hours, rather than the 8-12 hours it would if it had been taken orally.
