heres my prediction
there will be between 1 and 30 hurricanes next year. some will do damage, some wont. some will hit land, some wont.
about as accurate as a weatherman's report (this weekend the "snow accumulation expected" was "between 1 and 9 inches" WTF IS THAT BS...thats like telling someone "yea im between 18 and 27 years old")
