its not really important if u carry one, but where u carry/keep it in your car. i remember when a fellow members car went up in flames in NYC i beleive. it was a sad story. dont recall if he had one or not though. or if he would be have been able to put the fire out if he did.
plus those lil ones are only effective for a very short period of time.
