Took me a while to find one with a steel bracket. Finally went to an industrial supply place for one.

its not really important if u carry one, but where u carry/keep it in your car. i remember when a fellow members car went up in flames in NYC i beleive. it was a sad story. dont recall if he had one or not though. or if he would be have been able to put the fire out if he did.

plus those lil ones are only effective for a very short period of time.

Place it just in front of the drivers seat, front/under where you can reach it. But it depends on how big it is.
