FINALLY, how long does it take the coast guard to type something?

So I drove to Miami in Feb because I had to get electronic fingerprints before i could turn in my "raise in grade" paperwork. Miami was the only place within 200 miles that had the technlogy even though it was required for everyone.
Turned it in, it was approved I was told it would take 14 to 16 weeks in "typing" yea that's how long it takes them to type it up, anyhow I am now a "Master of Steam or Motor vessels (no longer limited to domestic voyages or to a max of 6 passengers) and it says I can "engage in commercial assistance towing" lol it's reworded on the masters license. they also dropped my medical waiver and extended my renewal to 2013, so i guess it was worth the wait although i had hoped to get a job running a water taxi, but those usually hire on at the beginning of the summer so it may be too late for this season.
