Hi guys ('n girls).

I hope you all do know that Felix Wankel would have had his 100th birtday on 13.08.2002!

He was born in Lahr (southern germany) and there are some bigger events during the next time.

They show the 1st time the Mazda 787B which won LeMans in 1991.

I hope you all will take a second to think of this man. Without him you would probably drive some *#**!*

Thats Dr.-ing E.H. Felix Wankel was born 8/1902 in the black forest. In 1924 he founded the WVW shop.and supported by the german air force

in 1936, In 1951 he founded TES where the rotory was born.

 

Lahr is a city in the black forest and what's 08/1902 +100 Y. ?

It's important to know that he was a Dr.-ing .

I don't mean to step on your toes. and i didn't, along with many others,

realize he had a recent landmark date ( b-day )
