i probably didn't exist at that time remember. i'm 21. the difference back when you had 500HP it cost $500. 500HP costs alot more now.... BIG DIFFERENCE. 500HP cars can turn and stop now :bigthumg:[/quote]

They sell upgraded suspension parts for cars other then Japenese cars you know? As well as big brake kits. I had a full Rancho suspension on my car, actually, I put Rancho on ALL my cars, swaybars thicker then a RX-7s axles mind you. Now its even EASIER to have high horsepower, you dont even have to leave your house, **** comes right to your door. Good think about old technology- you can put a engine in under a day, and go fast that night, and the engine lasts 100,000+ miles if you want it to. ****, when I had a small block in my TransAm I spun 3 main bearings, and STILL drove the car around for 2 months and raced it, sounded like someone beating a hammer under the hood, but it went fast! Keep in mind I used to beat mustangs and vettes with that engine, and I paid $500 for the engine used and abused.

Ive seen 1000HP + street cars also. Free your mind! I love power, it doesnt matter how its made, you got respect a fast car, be it a high strung small displacement engine, or a big block, power is power.
