I think she likes the Idea of having a BMW. She has her own 2002 Gand Am GT. She should be satisfied with that. But that ones leased and we have it till 2006 so her plan is to try and get me to sell the FD to get the BMW she can't have till 2006. I told her to wait till the lease is up. I won't seel the FD and she is going to wait till 2006 for the BMW.

actually the e30 was a purist sports car, and the e36 i find handles better than the m3....theyre not drag cars bro - theyre made to handle well and have power to back it up

i think bmw is going in the reverse order...i would own an e30 way before i would ever think of owning an e46
Don't get me wrong.. I love BMWs.. but I've only ever driven an E46 M3.. so that's all I can compare to. I thought it handled exceptionally well though (but the FD is still my favorite).. so now I really want to get into an E36.

I am keeping the FD for sure. She can wait till 2006 to get a different car. I would sell off the lease but then I would lose my $4000 down payment. Not unless someone has a different Idea.

Well, I have an E30 325ix and it's not impressive.. so I hope the M3 version is better on the handling.
