i hang out at this mercedes forum www.mercedesshop.com about the only strange thing on the 300d is the vacuum system, but it's not difficult once you sit down and look at stuff.

yeah its simple. the weird part is having a vacuum leak in the trunk....

Ive been looking at used Benzes the last few months. I fear all the stupid stuff that never breaks on japanese cars that wiill break on the benz though...
all the stuff that was fixed 4+ years ago on my benz is broken again... ac, radiator, umm id have to look at the recepts for the rest.
the one phins has is the one all my parents friends have and they just keep running
