F Chord, why does it hate me so?

So I am hating this F chord with the 1-2 string bridge anyone know of an easy way to make this one happen? am I missing sumptin?

yeah in order to play it properly i would need to throw a capo on the first fret my fingers dont do that

Finger one bridge string 1-2 first fret, finger 2 3rd string 2nd fret, finger 3 4th string 3rd fret.
