Pick a cell (I used C36) and type "=C7*2.65" into it, without the quotes. Then, grab the corner of that cell and drag to Q36, then grab and drag again to Q52. The values in there will be the values in your original table multiplied by 2.65. Then, select cells C36:Q52 and copy. Then, once that data is in your clipboard, select cells C7:Q23 and go to Edit > Paste Special and then select Values and click OK.

You're just essentially recreating your entire table with the new results in a bunch of vacant cells, then copying it and pasting it to your original table. Then just delete the temporary crap you created at the bottom.

i did it. took me till 11 last night! i copied the whole range of cells on the same page and had that multiply eveyrthing by 2.65 and just applied the forumula to the original. thanks for the help ed and baldy
