I have a few friends that are girls ... like pure friends... however I did sleep with them atleast a few times in the past.

As for being heart broken about it, thats life, suck it up and stop being a wuss. All that means is that you werent giving her what she needed, so obviously she will get it elsewhere, not hard to see coming.
