Eating Schedule?

you take too many hodroxycuts. your gonna kill your ***** and *****.
I am 6'1 or so, and weight just under 200. no fat. I run every day, golf about 4 times a week, walking 2 times (most of the time) and lift weights 5 days a week. I eat when I'm hungry, and I guess my metabolism is in overdrive from all the activity. I could eat non stop and never gain a pound of fat. it all goes to muscle.

i take the recommended dosages. also, ive never heard of this affecting sex stuff

oh really? I've never researched them. I avoid taking any form of medicine if at all possible. I don't even go to the doctor when I'm sick.
When i'm trying to pack on the muscle, I just up my protien and fat intake tremendously. I eat a lot of fat so I can burn it while I process the protien. It works pretty well.

yeah i havent heard anything about that or any other side effects of them. right now im not really trying to pack on the muscle, im trying to burn fat and tone up, so i do the hydroxy and the protein and exercise when i can, which is every other day. the protein powder i use has 25 grams per serving and it actually tastes pretty good, but i think i might start having another shake to make three a day. even at that i dont know if ill get the protein im supposed to each day. right now im at about 186 and a couple of weeks ago i was at 195, and i have definitely gained muscle too so i think its going pretty well so far

The only times I eat are around 12am when I get a roll for lunch in college, and when I get home at around 7pm when get to reheat whatever the others had for dinner.
When I'm not in college I may eat more or less - if I'm busy I tend to forget to eat which I seem to be a lot as of late.
