10am: I had a bowl of aftermarket cheerios with strawberries in it, a glass of orange juice.



8pm: dont plan on eating anything until then

7:00 bagel or poptart or something of that nature



7:30-8:ish i have hoagie #1, turkey, rb, tuna or all of the above. Usually an orange or grapes with this, and a gatorade



10:30 sandwhich #2 water/gatorade



11:30 sandwhich #3 water/gatorade



12:30 school lunch, with fries and a can of iced tea



5:30 snack of whatever is avalable



7:00 dinner of whatever



I drink a lot of fluids during the day, I love taking thoes 10 min long pee's!

6ish: three hydroxycuts, 1 mega men multi vitamin, protein shake with 1 cup water, 1 scoop protein 95, and the ice cubes.



11ish: three hydroxycuts, usually homemade turkey and cheese and mustard on wheat, whatever to drink



2-3ish: snacktime, maybe healthy doritos or sour cream and onion ritz chips



6ish: 3 hydroxycuts, 1 mega men multi vitamin, protein shake with 1 cup skim, 1 scoop protein 95, and the ice cubes sometimes half a banana thrown in the mix. then ill eat dinner which is different all the time.







venon how much do you weigh? you eat enough food for probably 3 people to eat and not be hungry

I eat a lot, but im 6foot and weigh 155lbs so it all goes down the toilet...



yesterday for dinner i ate a half of a family sized pan of large lasagina, 2 peices of texas toast and a plate of salad, and a sunday. That was a big meal :0

4:20: well, you know what and water



5:15: white chocolate & caramel cappuccino, and a poppyseed muffin, and water



8:00: sandwich of some sort, and water



10:00: lunch, always different, take-out, sit down restaurant, etc., and water



3:00: snack, again always different, and water



6:00: Dinner, usually large, varied but leaning toward Italian, and water



rinse (with water) and repeat...



Did I mention I drink a lot of water?

I have no schedule but if i could make an average one here it is.



0300- Power bar, 1.5l bottled water



1100-sand, 1.5l bottled water



1500-sand, 1.5l bottled water



1800-usually chicken and veggies, 1.5l bottled water





Im up about 20hours a day, but the the only meal that I have time for, or have time to eat, (on average) is dinner. Eat an orange or bannaha or apple here and there if i have on available.

6:30 - Bowl of wheat cereal, Orange Juice, Coffee

10:00 - Coffee

12:00 - Ham samich, coffee, Orange Juice

1:45 - Coffee

4:00 - Coffee and cigars

6:00 - Dinner, most often a peice of wheat bread with peanut butter

10:30 - whiskey sour, vodka + something, for a night cap



I also drink water constantly throughout the day, cause it makes me feel better
