You can link to the picture in your control panel. If you are trying to attach a picture, upload it to nopistons.net and then link to it.

To use the upload feature the image cannot be bigger than 64X64, it works I just tested it.

and maximum file size is 20K otherwise pages will take 2 days to load. if you aren't meeting either of those requirements it's a no go.
