I thought this would be common sense....

"Excessive cola consumption can lead to anything from mild weakness to profound muscle paralysis, doctors are warning.

This is because the drink can cause blood potassium to drop dangerously low, they report in the International Journal of Clinical Practice.

They tell of the curious case of an Australian ostrich farmer who needed emergency care for lung paralysis after drinking 4-10 litres of cola a day.

He made a full recovery and was advised to curtail his cola drinking."

yea i drink way too much, relatively similar to people's beer consumption, on a decent night a 12-pack is easy especially when cars are involved

yea i have a caffeine problem, if i could drink coffee all day instead of soda i would. soda has destroyed my teeth.

soda does clear up sore throats nicely, or at least un"clogs" them.

again, coffee would be much better for you it's loaded with antioxidants and not packed with sugar, they've done study after study to try and prove coffee to be harmful and they end up proving the opposite.
