This part was gonna be for the oil return line on my motor...the front cover.



I don't think I got the right part, does anyone know the part # or location on their website (Earl's Performance Plumbing) of the specific fitting I need?



Sorry I'm helpless and/or clueless.

what do you need? a male to male union like that? Did you get the right thread size?

This is for my 12a oil return line from the turbo. I really don't think this is what I need. The spot where I'm supposed to drill has 1/4" of material at most, not enough to tap it. So I think either I'm doing something wrong, or people think I have a 13b front cover, or something. If you have any ideas, check out my thread in the 1st gen section...here.

BTW, my dad picked up this part. The guy said this is what I (he) needed.

I'm just wondering if I should take it back and get something like this or this because there's not enough material for anything to thread on there without a lock-nut or something on the inside of the front cover. I don't trust it.



Am I making sense?
