If so have you ever collected it? I mean what's the deal do you just walk down to an ATT store and get a new phone or is there a bunch of bullshit you have to go through.



I just through my cell in the drink, lost all my numbers the works and att wants $225 for the same phone they give away for free all day.

 

its only free when you extend or sign up for a contract term if youre month to month...

 

if you have insurance. go there tell em what happened
