You guys all shop at some pretty ****** stores. Do you guys all have to dress like asses to go to work? That must suck. You have to dress comfortable every day of the week, that is why you only shop at Skate shops unless you are at the mall, then I guess Pac Sun is the closest thing you get. Try CCS mailorder, they got good clothes. How old are all you preppy people? Maybe it is just a generation difference here between my 22 year old *** and your 42 year ol' ***.
I skated for like 7 years. I used to dress like that. I grew up. I have no problem with skate attire. But I couldn't get in half the places I go looking like that. Sorry I'm preppy...

i have to wear a suit to work. there are days i can dress comfortably though.
yeah bigtime... it is for retards...ok, then i am a retard. it may be a bit overpriced...but so what? i find the clothes to be comfortable. Polo is over priced but i still buy it. maybe i am a lable ***** like many people. i would rather be seen in an AF or polo shirt than an AE shirt or some $10 shirt from old navy. that is my prefrence. i would love to be able to wear jeans and a t-shirt to work. i also would probobly not like the paycheck that came with that privilage.
lane_change... i used to skate when i was younger and my brother still does. my entire closet would be filled with these clothes if i still had the time to skate and were allowed to dress like it. but i dont skate anymore. i still buy airwalks and DC shoes. and yes the stores are for ******s, but i have no choice in the matter of what i am *able* to wear to go to work to bring home a paycheck. i personaly like one store better than the other. its that simple.
i cant belive i just contributed to an argument over clothes because someone said a certain brand was for retards...

The internet is the key to having free time to skate. I have been skating since I was 7 and don't plan on stopping anytime soon. I used to dress in baggy clothes but that **** is out dated, all the new companies are sporting more relaxed clothes, not baggy, T-shirts are still the only proper type to wear. Polo's and Buttondowns are for dates. I hate preps, and there seem to be alot of them in the car industry. Maybe because they are the only ones that can afford to play this game. Who knows? Nice clothes are great to own but I hate to wear them. I am not trying to offend anyone by what they wear, but more or less where they shop. AE and AF are two of the worst stores in a mall. Structure is not all that bad, just not my taste.
