Ok i figure if im getting a second car i might as well make sure its damn good and is gonna last and do all i need. Right now im thinking of something with 4 doors and newer 95ish+. Im open to most anything and i figure i should stay away from anything kinda sporty so im not tempted to do anything to it. Price range is about 8k

Yah, if you're looking for something dead-on reliable, you've pretty much gotta get a Toyota. A Corolla, or Camry if you need something bigger. For $8k, you've got lots of choices. There's lots of good cheap used cars around. You could even do what I did and buy a Volvo turbo wagon.

97 or 98 nissan maxima... Nice and reliable. And they're pretty sexy too.

same year Camry. They are toyotas. Thats enough reason to buy one right there. And they're pretty good looking. I like the tail lights.

Or get a truck. Get a Tacoma or nissan frontier.....
