Or you could just take a car battery, and set it on the floor by the amp. Then hook the batt to a charger and viola! Power supply! (No don't do that.. lead-acid batteries have a tendancy to release hydrogen when you charge them. See Hindenberg)

If you have an old computer, its power supply will do. You only need 12 consistent volts to power the amp. Spice the wires on the power supply so you have a constent and a remote, then plug in the power supply.
